Furthermore, she made a big name in the surveying industry as a very powerful entrepreneur due to her innovative ideas. Besides that, her company Modrics Chartered Surveyors has been awarded “Most Trusted Building Surveyors of 2020 – South East” by SME News and Chloe has been nominated for Young Entrepreneur of 2020 within the property sector.
